Eileen,
Well, we're back home telling all of our family and friends what a wonderful time we had in Alaska. The best
time of our great vacation was the trip with Jay and Pete.
Wow, professional, friendly and good at what they do, it could not have been better. We will recommend your
tour to all of our family and friends.
The individual attention and the number of passengers was perfect. Being on two boats was great for taking
pictures for lasting memories. Your tour is definitely better that the big whale watching boats, no jockeying for
position or being on the wrong side of the boat. We know because we did both. Simply, it's the best value in
Alaska. If we are lucky enough to return to Alaska, Harv and Marv's will be the first number we call. It's now our
must do in Alaska.
Imagine our excitement looking at your website and viewing professional quality photos of our tour, what a great
touch.
The final touch to a perfect day was your son kayaking out to our boats to deliver those wonderful cookies.
Thanks to Pete and your family for the time of our lives.

Wow--I can't believe it's already been almost a month
since I was in Alaska...
I've been meaning to write and tell you thanks SO much
for taking us on the amazing whale watching tour!
I've always wanted to see whales, but especially in
the Alaskan waters...not in a zoo. It was fun to hear
your stories, ride in the boat, and see the beautiful
whales in their natural environment. Thanks for
making the trip such a special one for all of us. You
have a great way of entertaining people!...
Please also tell your family thanks for showing us
your unique/cool home, for making us feel so
incredibly welcome, and for the very tasty cookies!
Wow, how much more spoiled can you get!

I am keenly aware of businesses that demonstrate strong
organizational skills and those who honor their commitments.
I found your company to be the perfect example of both. From
the beginning at the pick-up point and then right on down to
the
steaming hot water in your thermos, your attention to the
details was evident. Furthermore, your top rate fishing
equipment and the speed in which you got each line back
into the water showed your understanding
of time and your desire to make your customers have the best
possible experience. You and your family made a few hours
for us
into a life-long experience and I just want you to know that
we will always think of you with fond memories.

and humid, I can at least look at the pictures and remember what a great time we had on your boat.

Jay & Family:
Thank you so much for such a wonderful afternoon of fishing last week. It's not often that my sons and I go
fishing with anyone other than my father, so I can't tell you how much we appreciated your incredible hospitality,
professionalism and positive approach to life. Please tell Jacob that we appreciated him, too, for piloting us
while we fished.
Also, thanks to your wife who helped set up the trip - I really enjoyed talking with her on the phone. She made
me feel right at home and very comfortable booking the trip. And thanks to your father-in-law for the van trip to
Auke Bay. His local information was insightful and he was a pleasure to get to know. And, finally, thanks to your
partner, Pete, for the trip back to the cruise ship. He, too, was incredibly warm and fun to talk to. I can see why
you two are partners!
Anyway, please know that any time you're in the Seattle area you have a friend to call upon. Please don't
hesitate. If we're ever back up your way, you can expect a call for another trip on the "Merlin." I have already
recommended you to a few friends who will be heading that way next month, and I'll continue to recommend you
to anyone else I know headed to Juneau.

We made it back home this morning after a beautiful
vacation to your wonderful state. One of the highlights and maybe the best
time we had as a family all week was the few hours we spent on your boat
last Wednesday. What a spectacular day! I just wanted to thank you for your
knowledge and enthusiasm. It is evident you have a passion for what you do.

Remember us? Just wanted to thank you for such a wonderful whale watching experience. We have memories
for a lifetime. You were a lot of fun and we all enjoyed every moment of our tour.
We are back home in Florida and getting back to normal in all this heat. I believe I prefer the Alaska summers.
Thanks to you Mrs. Marv for those excellent cookies. Never will forget you and your little dog bringing them out
to the boat in your kayak.

Just wanted to let you and your family know how much we enjoyed our whale watching trip last Thursday, June
16 along with the family from West Palm Beach, FL. We were very interested in seeing as much wildlife as
possible but not "shoulder to shoulder" with dozens of other people like your competitors. Some friends of ours
from Texas had taken your cruise and given us your business card from last year...you were a phone call away!
We really enjoyed the cruise along with sightseeing, history of the area, wildlife and the homemade cookies
your daughter brought to the boat (still warm!). The personal touch and sincere enjoyment you exhibited made
the trip truly one of the highlights of our Alaskan cruise! May God bless you and your family in the times ahead!

Jay, recently my husband and I traveled to Alaska on a Carnival cruise and ended up booking with your
company to whale watch. Another couple on our cruise referred us. They had gone out in the morning with
you and had nothing but positive things to say, so at the last minute we booked an evening watch and went out
with Pete. We had a wonderful experience as well and just wanted to say thank you to you both. I believe Pete
had been out on the boat the entire day and was relentless in finding a whale for us although they were quite
elusive that day.
Anyway, I am referring someone I work with to you who will be cruising to Alaska next week with a large group of
family members. See, you may not be the biggest company but good service is rewarded by word of mouth
recommendations. Thank you, again, and please tell Pete that Natalie said hello!
